Potions of healing are basic potions that restoreHit points based on an amount separate from your healing surge value. For the potion of healing, it is a common magic items requiring that a 3rd level spellcaster craft it, costing 100 gp to make, and taking 4 caster days to make. Whatever its potency, the potion’s red liquid glimmers when agitated. Perhaps it is premium content, thus only is available for paying customers.
